Onyxx Academy is how we turn world-class projects into a permanent local talent base.
Every junior engineer at OnyxxOne is paired with senior practitioners who have shipped demanding products in fast-moving environments. They review code side by side, debug production issues together, and ship features that real users depend on. This is not classroom theory — it is hands-on craft under pressure, with mentorship built into the daily workflow rather than added as an after-school program.
Through partnerships we work closely with leading Saudi universities that focus on technology to identify ambitious students before they graduate. We bring them into live client work through structured internships and capstone collaborations, so by the time they finish their degree, they have a portfolio shaped by global standards and a clear understanding of how world-class products are built.
The strongest performers do not leave after graduation — they transition straight into full-time roles at OnyxxOne. Because they have already shipped code, learned our tools, and earned the trust of delivery leads, their onboarding is fast and their impact is immediate. This pathway turns university partnerships into a permanent talent engine for our team and a proven career accelerator for the next generation of Saudi engineers.
We are not only training young engineers to join OnyxxOne. We are mentoring and equipping the next generation of Saudi engineers with the skills and experience to succeed across the Kingdom’s technology sector, whether they continue their journey with us or take their talents to other organizations and industries. Our main goal is to help shape Saudi Arabia’s digital future.
We work with businesses across the Kingdom and globally to design and build bespoke, AI-driven solutions. Start a conversation with our founding team.
